These elegantly handcrafted earrings are made by artisans in Lia Di Gregorio’s Milan atelier: the gold thread is delicately woven into two round gold knots, one of them which hosts a luminous freshwater pearl. The earring is composed by two different elements so it is possible to wear the stud earring on its own.
